About Know and Can Association
Know and Can Association is a NGO set up in March 2007 in Sofia, Bulgaria. It works mainly in the field of non-formal education and on European projects and programmes in the sphere of education and training, human and civil rights, justice, citizenship, employability and mobility. Know &Can works with partners from 20 EU countries, Latin America, Türkiye, Albania, Serbia and North Macedonia.

Project 1
- The main objective of the project is to empower teachers with contemporary methods and resources for working with children with special talents and gifts, integrate them and meet their social and emotional needs in the school environment, and on the other hand to help parents to identify the gifts and develop the talents of their kids creating healthy environment where everyone feels comfortable at home and social surroundings.
Project 2
- The main objectives of the project are to contribute to soft and employability skills development for young professionals who are about to establish the foundations of an impactful future in Europe. Having this mission, the partnership focuses its work on supporting young people in the development of skills for life with the aim to recognise the importance of soft skills and contribute to social inclusion and ensure equal and full participation of young people in the labour market.
Project 3
- The project aims to create a non-standard and non-formal educational method in the field of foreign language education with green and eco-friendly methods and tools for people working in the field of education and especially the ones working with preschool children (4-6 years) and children from 1st-4th grade. It also aims to create a platform for foreign language teaching with green methods for digital environment for people working in the field of education with 5th-12th graders.
