About Backslash
BACKSLASH is a non-governmental organization created in 2014 in Valencia, whose objective is to empower youth, promote active participation, tolerance and solidarity by helping them acquire knowledge and develop their skills and competencies.
We are Specialists in European projects:
-Erasmus +: KA1 (+150) and KA2 (+20)
-Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values program (CERV)
-Creative Europe
Our expertise is focused in the topics of entrepreneurship, social rights, culture, ITs and sustainability.
BACKSLASH is a member of CONNECT International, a Brussels-based network of organizations that promotes the mainstreaming of digital rights and the digital agenda in Europe. We are also members of the PRISMA European Network, the European Network of Innovation for Inclusion, and the Anna Lindh Foundation.

Project 1
- KA220- Volunteering as a tool for change. Idea: Work with volunteering entities from all over Europe to write a guide for the management of volunteering teams and tools for active participation. Materials generated: 1. Research on the situation of volunteering in each partner country, especially in terms of the strength of the associative network and legal framework to ensure its resources 2. Short guide to volunteer management 3. Online platform ""Volunteering as a tool for change"", with activities to be carried out by volunteer organizations to influence and improve the realities 4.Policy plan to improve the situation in terms of volunteerism and the resources to do so.
Project 2
- KA220 - Entrepreneurship in values. Idea: To analyze how education in values such as feminism, interculturalism or diversity, teaches skills that are compatible with the development of the attitude of entrepreneurship, and develop a series of activities of work in values that enhance the skills of entrepreneurship, culminating in a guide on how to start a social entrepreneurship project. Materials generated: 1. Collection of good practices on values education and entrepreneurship education 2. Handbook ""Emprendiendo en valores"" of activities on values and entrepreneurship skills 3. Guide ""How to start a social entrepreneurship project"", to provide guidelines and resources on what social entrepreneurship is, and how to start a project of this kind.
Project 3
- KA220 - Going digital. Idea: To bring the digitalization of activities closer to non-formal education entities. To introduce the new digitization methods and tools so that non-formal education groups with children and adolescents can implement them in their daily activities. Materials generated: 1. Research on digitalization in social entities. Recapitulation of digital tools for activities with children and adolescents and how to implement them. 2. Course ""Digitalizing ourselves"" for non-formal education entities on digital tools available and how to implement them 3. Peer to Peer guide on digital tools.
