About Asociación Arrabal-AID
Arrabal is a non profit active in Málaga for the last 30 years, we carry out a large array of projects with different collectives considered vulnerable or at risk of social exclusion through education, training, social innovation and participation, mentoring, all under the premise that employment is key to favouring the socio-labour inclusion of vulnerable groups. We also have experience in the EU through our «International Area» mostly with youth and relating to solidarity programs, exchanges, work experience exchanges and training. Some of the projects: You ReStart!; SOS Creativity (K2); NEXT; Escape4SDGs; Educating Youth and the European Solidarity Corps.

Project 1
- Given the current housing situation in Málaga, and the constant need to acquire more and more acommodation for exchange students and other collectives, we would love to build a local students residence in the area, almost like a college "dorm" in which we can house participants from different countries and enrich even further their time abroad.
Project 2
- As a way to offer job opportunities to people who have been affected by homelessness, we suggest the creation of free tours or walking tours guided by those who have lives on the very streets theyre showing to tourists. And this can be moved to an entire international scale: we could create a network of walking tour guides in all major european tourist cities, while also doing something meaningful for local people in the community.
Project 3
- And entrepreneurship camp for young people, where they would get together from different countries and work on their entrepreneurial skills and n¡brainstorm different projects.
