About Rinova Málaga
Rinova Málaga S.L. is a learning and development company with a mission in promoting social innovation in relation to cultural, educational, digital and economic inclusion. It aims to foster inclusive learning, responsible entrepreneurship and promote employability skills and civic participation. Rinova has a specialist emphasis on digital content development, e-learning and online communities of practice, and transversal expertise through creativity and culture.
Rinova was created in the U.K. in 2010, and operates from Spain since 2018, based at the Polo Digital business incubator centre in Málaga. The core staff at Rinova have been active in the European and international dimension for many years.

Project 1
- Empowering activists and communities to engage young adults in creatively addressing discrimination towards migrants and minorities while promoting equality and civic engagement. By utilizing peer-to-peer action learning and game-based approaches, the project supports activists in fostering creativity and promoting a deeper understanding of equality among young adults. The project strengthens rights-awareness and advocacy, advancing equality through increased civic engagement. Partners will help establish an EU Community of Practice, facilitating collaboration among activists and communities to identify local and EU issues and exchange innovative methodologies, strategies and tools. This collaborative process will generate actionable plans, including social action projects, community engagement activities, creative campaigns and dialogues with policy makers. The ultimate goal is to inspire young adults to express themselves creatively and actively contribute to addressing equality-related issues in their communities.
Project 2
- Enhancing the digital competencies of young people and vulnerable individuals in the context of social media misuse. The project aims to empower practitioners to work together to develop young people's digital and citizenship skills facilitating youth-led non-formal practice-based learning. It has a specific emphasis on building resilience in response to the challenges posed by misinformation and digital manipulation on social media platforms. Moreover, a central aspect of the project involves encouraging active civic engagement among young people, particularly in fostering their participation in public discussions and debates related to misinformation and digital manipulation on social media. The ultimate goal is to drive transformative changes in the practices of organisations participating in the project and their networks, enabling them to better equip young individuals to navigate the digital landscape and become informed, responsible digital citizens.
Project 3
- Advocating for arts-driven grassroots initiatives in addressing climate change challenges. The project aims to foster the widespread adoption of an ecological mindset among young adults with the goal of fostering bottom-up changes driven by citizens. The project's core objectives include the promotion of active citizenship and ecological consciousness through creative communication and grassroots efforts, with a focus on climate change awareness. The ultimate aim is to inspire and engage communities at the local level to combat climate change and attempt to effectively address the issue of ecological transition, starting from the creative and cultural sectors in unconventional areas of European citizens' lives.
