The program is in English, you can apply to the program if you know the language regardless of where you are.
5 month
of incubation
30 hours training (live), 12 hours of group dynamics, 24 hours of mentoring, 5 hours of coaching and 30 hours of validation.
HOW DO
WE DO IT ?
Thanks to digital tools.
With them we can incubate people anywhere on the planet.
You will only need an Internet connection, a computer and basic digital knowledge.
OUR METHODOLOGY
THE PROGRAM IS COMPOSED OF 3 MONTHS DURING WHICH YOU WILL HAVE:
Training:
3-hour/week group session (12 training blocks)
Mentoring:
2 hour/week team session. (business model design)
Street validation:
3 hours/week.
(each entrepreneur will validate project hypotheses during the week)
Group dynamics:
group session every month and a half (mutual support space)
Coaching:
1 hour/week.
Individual session (emotion management)
2 MONTH FOLLOW UP OF ACTION PLAN
Mentoring:
2 hour/monthly team session. (business model design)

"The adventure of learning"
I had seen several times that there was a project called CON VALORES Incubator in which they helped you with what I precisely needed at this moment.
But…..it was in Valencia! And I live in Alicante. So when they told me that the 1st digital edition was going to start and I was selected, well imagine, it was as if I had won the lottery.
I learned everything I needed to start my project. So I consider myself part of the CON VALORES family. Thank thousand times thank you.

Both teachers and mentors go beyond the screen in an incredible way, managing to create a human environment on a digital platform. What do I take away? Apart from super quality and extensive training, to which I will have to go back and review certain things because it has been very intense, but apart from super important support and that consistency that has made it easier for me to have that weekly support.
To continue working and meeting my objectives, I believe that what has fulfilled me the most or what has benefited me the most is the human warmth of each and every one of you as an incubator with values and of each of my colleagues.
Feeling that, like being part of these last few years, I had felt very, very isolated due to all my personal circumstance, COVID first and then my personal family circumstance. I have been very isolated, very inward and really resuming the social in such a space. safe and so trusting and loving, the truth is that that has filled me to the point of, you saw yesterday, how I spilled, I couldn't fit the emotion in my body, so I am infinitely grateful and well, I send you very much love to all. Thank you.
